* R250.00 Setup If Artwork Is Not Supplied Print Ready (templates can be requested)Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher Is not An Acceptable Form Of Artwork and Will Be Charged @ R350.00 Per Hour To Convert to A Usable Format is Images quality is good.
* Reprints Are Only Offered To Products That Has Been Purchased From Us
* All Systems qualify for our free, factory walk-in guarantee and repair service
* After A Formal Quote Is Received, Please Use Your Ref # On All Transactions (Especially Own Collections)
* 100% upfront payment for orders less than R5000.00 - For larger orders, a 50% deposit is acceptable
* Kindly fax or e-mail proof of payment.
* CHEQUES are not acceptable - But if one was deposited into our account, we will wait until the cheque has cleared before we process the order
* Completion of printing within 3 -7 working days after the deposit/full payment has been paid and artwork received and signed off
* Goods will not be released without final proof of payment
* Goods will remain the property of the factory until fully paid
* NB: All flag and banner material supplied are event product material and should never be used in harsh weather conditions or as permanent fixtures
*Surcharge applies to all rush jobs
** Jobs needed same & Next day = 100%
*** Jobs needed in two days = 50%
**** Jobs needed within three days = 35%
All applies to working days only and rush jobs needs to be collected from the factory
